Would Aptivio send message on behalf of our sales team to perspective clients? Would our sales team have an option to review the messages and confirm before they get sent out?
- Aptivio automates sales engagement for your sales team to save you valuable time. The outreach can be done both via LinkedIn and email outreach by connecting your accounts via our campaign module.
- The messaging comes from your team following your campaign onboarding script with our recommendations (includes best practices across a benchmark of 50 clients).
How do I get alerted about campaign results and replies?

- You receive email and in-app notifications.
- In Aptivio’s home, you can see your team’s Revenue Attribution Report and the Campaign Attribution under Engagement Summary.
- Additionally, you will receive a weekly status report from your Customer Success Manager with information about your campaign conversion.
Would Aptivio store a copy of our Sales team LinkedIn data which may not be related to sales opportunity etc?
No-we are not storing any information in our system, and you can disconnect your LinkedIn or Email accounts at any point in time. Also, we are ISO 27001 Certified.
Post pilot/experimentation phase, how can our sales team opt of Sales Engagement Automation (LinkedIn & Email Outreach) & would opting out delete our data from Aptivio?
You can opt out of the Sales Engagement Automation functionality at any point. It is meant to help you push opportunities further into your sales engagement funnel via automation. The opportunities identified by Aptivio will still be the same, so the data won't be deleted.
Please Note:
- People will only get your messages if they accept your connection requests
- If they reply between any of the steps, the automation stops
- If you reply between any of the steps manually, the automation stops
- We can retarget buyers who didn't connect and/or didn't receive messages with a retargeting campaign
